Starter, Pro, and Max include regular check-ins, priority design leadership requests, Slack or channel access, and a shared task board. Pro adds stakeholder workshops, ongoing research, and design system guidance. Max adds strategy workshops, a dedicated design lead, and priority support. Capacity is capped — see Compare plans for workstreams per tier.

Is there a free trial?

There's no free trial. You can book a discovery call to discuss your needs, or start with the one-day Quick-wins consultation (£975 ex VAT) to get immediate improvements before committing to a subscription.

What happens after I pay?

You'll receive a Stripe receipt immediately. Within one business day I'll email you to schedule a kickoff call, set up Slack or your preferred channel, and share a shared task board. Subscription customers can pause or cancel anytime from Manage subscription.

How can I manage my subscription?

After checkout, use "Manage subscription" on this page (in the same browser where you completed payment) to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel. You can also use the link in your Stripe confirmation email to open the Customer Portal.

Can I switch or upgrade plans?

Yes. Contact us via email or book a call to upgrade or downgrade. If you cancel, you can re-subscribe to a different plan at any time.

How do I get started?

Book a discovery call to align on scope, or choose a plan above and click Get started to complete checkout securely via Stripe.

Invoices, VAT, and procurement

Prices shown are ex VAT; tax is calculated at checkout based on your location. Stripe provides PDF invoices suitable for finance teams. NDAs and procurement steps can be arranged on request before kickoff.

How does Quick-wins relate to the subscription plans?

Quick-wins is a one-day consultation (£975 ex VAT) for immediate improvements—usability review, design critique, or strategy snapshot. It's separate from monthly subscriptions. You can book Quick-wins first to see the value, then subscribe to Starter, Pro, or Max for ongoing support.

How is my data and payment information handled?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-compliant). We don't store card details. Project files and conversations are kept confidential and used only for delivering the engagement; we can sign NDAs if required.

Can we tailor the scope or focus areas?

Yes. During the discovery call we align on priorities—e.g. design system only, or research plus UX—so your plan matches your goals. Pro and Max include more flexibility for custom focus areas.
