Release 1.7.0 delivers a mobile responsive audit with improved touch targets, Ask page layout on small screens, and responsive polish across Stories and Newsroom.

- Mobile: Floating history toggle on Ask page (fixed top-right overlay)
- Ask: Right-side Sheet for conversation history on mobile
- Ask: 16px horizontal padding on mobile for chat content
