Book an hour is now on the site. You pick a weekday in the next three weeks, London time, with at least a day's notice, pay £175, and Google Calendar emails the invite. The confirmation page counts the booking only when that invite exists. Opening the page by typing the address does not.
Ask now records whether a reply cited a source, came back empty, or failed. A completed payment is recorded from Stripe, and a new list join records whether it came from Stay updated or the diagnostic. Once a week the site reads the Resend report: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, and the rest. Those mail counts stay out of the site events.
